How we install your new windows
Each old window comes out with its frame, and the new one is built to the measurements of your opening. Before it goes in, we seal the opening with our Leak Shield system. That means a flashing membrane over the rough opening, butyl tape at every seam and flange, low-expansion foam in the gap between frame and wall, and a final exterior seal.
Leak Shield comes with every installation at no extra cost, and we back every installation we perform with our lifetime Leak Shield Guarantee.
We will never leave the job without ensuring you have the highest quality windows installed properly and your home is left spotless. We take pride in our work and respect your space, aiming to leave behind one of the cleanest job sites you’ve ever seen.

“Replacing my parents’ original builder-grade windows in their 25+ year old home was one of the best investments they’ve made… They’ve already noticed lower electric bills, less outside noise, and a cooler, more comfortable home that’s much easier to keep at a consistent temperature.”
