Window Replacement in Katy, TX

Most of the area went up in one long building run through the 1990s and 2000s, so a lot of Katy is still on its original windows at an age where the seals start letting go. If yours are fogging, sticking, or letting the August heat straight through, they have reached that age.
Why windows fail in Katy
Gulf Coast summers do most of the damage. Not all of it means doing the whole house at once. Sometimes it is three units on the west elevation taking the afternoon sun and the rest have years left. We will tell you that when we see it.
