The only advice is to check your window facing boards and replace before new windows are installed.”

The meeting was arranged by Project Manager Austin as a result of Installer Louis' astute identification of the issues he found before beginning the installation. “The 16 replacement windows were installed in less than a day, about 7 hours. The workers first provided dust protection plastic sheeting over all the interior furniture, counters and on the outside only a few places were needed it. They only had a few windows open at a time so when it got hot outside I stayed in a back room with a TV. The workers were friendly and very professional. You could tell they had done this work before. I had some finished millwork in 2 of the rooms that they trimmed neatly to fit the windows. The windstorm inspector came about midway and later I got his report and the Texas Windstorm Certification. I also met the owner of Window Source David Mallette, as they finished up. I am very pleased with new storm proof windows. I also received the lifetime warranties.”

“We had 24 windows replaced. This company was amazing from the salesman all the way thru to the finish. Luis and his team were absolutely amazing. I was completely satisfied. There was one mistake but it was promptly taken care of. I couldn’t be any happier with the new windows. My old double pane windows didn’t keep the heat out anymore (26 yrs old). I was so impressed at how much cooler our house is w the new windows. Everything was put back (curtains, rods, blinds) and cleaned up. All trash carted off and Luis made sure we were happy with everything before he left. Our windows are not the standard 3 x 5. Most of them are 7’ tall so it costs us more than the standard size. I felt the price was very fair. Thank you Window Source for the wonderful team of workers you have.”
